Carbon Fiber Hood

As someone said Inifniti stock hoods are way heavier then the 370z stock one so some cars will see a difference in weight. When we did few 370z hoods the weight was almost close or less then normal Seibon/VIS hoods. These are not carbon hoods in all together two few layers of carbon and rest is fiber which makes these heavier then dry carbon. And if you get these painted they are on par with stock hood eight wise in inifiniti and heavier then stock Z

If main aim is cooling(looks) then its good else not much weight saving there

Maybe it's just me, but I got the Seibon CF GTR style hood, and it feels significantly lighter than stock. Even now when I open it I feel like I can rip it completely off. LOL. (shrugs)

Speaking of ripping off the hood. I decided to do a quick "touchless" car wash at a gas station. Well I thought my hood was gonna rip off cause when the blowers hit my hood they went into the vents and started to cause it to wobble and bend a little. Scared the crap out of me... haha
