worst customer service ever, i called these guys to straighten up my order bc i had made some mistakes in the order, the guy kept cutting me off wouldnt even hear me out and had the nerve to tell me he gets 30 orders a day on their short shifters and that he cant help me out at all. Just kept on telling me to go through email. I asked him whats his email, and he goes any of em. wtf kinda service is that.. Needless to say my package already shipped out without any of my problems being addressed. I called back to cancel my order and the dude doesnt answer. Must be a canadian thing i dunno

yah, i remember having issues with my last order too. not a mistake on my part, they had some special going on and i placed my order thinking that my order would apply, but never got the savings. i emailed back, they sent me a quick 'doesn't apply' or something and that was it. tried explaining their deceptive advertisement via email afterwards, they just shipped it anyway at the price they liked.

considering this ordeal and metal knobs fluctuate with temperature too much, im not going to be ordering anything from them anytime soon.

wow thats ridiculous. Ive never encountered customer service like that in my life. I was so pissed off i hung up on the guy and guess what they still havent emailed me back or anything.

hummm.... i donno, been around for a while, and probably not lucky like you, and have dealt with MANY crappy stores. :icon17:

so twm's "customer service" was not a real big surprise for me. at least their product is high quality. i run both the type-r and biggie type-r knobs on my cars. :)
