you wouldnt have to, just drill holes through the clearba and you'll be good.

It may require some trimming to fit the Nismo model since the curve of the bumper where it mounts looks different.

Same deal as the Nismo bumper; I doubt it will be an exact fit unless you can get the same curve as the OEM. MCR hasn't tested any bumper besides the OEM so it's up to someone to be the guinea pig and try it out.
