So I wanted to have my headlights smoked but wasn't sure if vinyl was right for me as it is semi-permanent so i went ahead and ordered the GTS Carbon Print Acrylic Headlight Cover Show Kit, 09-12 370Z from the Z store and turns out they are ok!
I added some velcro on the inside lip that goes under the hood and on the bottom it is sort of clipped on to the headlight so it wont be coming off on the highway. The headlamp visibility is the same as before, since this is really just a clear cover with some spider web lines all over it. Heres a picture comparing light with the cover and light without. Expensive but i think its worth it since it takes about 2 minutes to remove if you need to and nothing is done permanent to the car. (not that i mind permanent ![]() ![]()
