GOT RID OF THE NASTY SILVER Handles

Any way of getting the handles "black chromed", or would that be out of the question? Are there electronics within the door handle that would prevent it from being dipped / chromed, and if so I would assume the only other alternative is getting them painted .. correct?

the only electronic there is on the door is the switch thing... but u can remove that so it can be dipped or watever u want with it
