Is there a plastic peace that fits in that hole on the left hand side of the front bumper?

Just to be clear. You currently have the Stillen license plate relocation kit and want to remove it? Yes, there is a piece of plastic that fills the void. Check coutesyparts.com or your local dealer for the part/part number.
