I recently had a Venture clear bra and 35% ceramic window tint installed on my Platinum Graphite Z. Since others here have expressed interest in various threads on both of these things, I thought I'd post the pictures that my installer sent me:
![]() ![]() ![]() As you might expect, you can't see the bra! ![]() For you Southern California guys, the installer I used is UltimateShield in Orange (Ultimate Shield Home Page) - they did great work and had the car ready in less than a day! No worries with these guys! HTH! Last edited by VCuomo; 07-19-2009 at 03:53 AM. |

Not to come off as a jerk, but I'm betting the braline is one of these lines (if I'm seeing it...)
The bottom line is my bet, since I see it in the other shots as well, but I could be wrong and it's the upper line...or I could be entirely wrong and what I'm seeing isn't it! Last edited by kannibul; 07-19-2009 at 07:51 PM. |

But they said it will be a $1,000 add. How much was it done independently? |

Just had a clear bra installed on my yellow at Protect-A-Shield in Scottsdale, AZ. They did the hood up to the end of the headlights, front bumper, fenders, headlights, mirror backs, A-pillars and a piece in front of the rear wheels for $650. I couldn't be happier!

A number of you missed it in my post - the ENTIRE front clip of the car was covered. That includes the ENTIRE hood (there is no bra-line on the hood), the ENTIRE front fenders, both A-pillars, the headlight lenses, and ALL of the painted surfaces of the front fascia. But, after you've found a dealer you trust and the right price, definitely have it done - it's cheap compared to what you paid for the car and it will keep the front end looking new for many, many years. I don't want to post the price I paid, but to have the ENTIRE front clip done costs well over $1,000. Last edited by VCuomo; 07-21-2009 at 05:25 PM. |

I have to wonder, what would it cost to have the whole car done? ![]() Call it Car-Armor. |
