Part # help, front bumper clip(?)

The part I'm looking for is not the plastic rivet but the piece that acts as a 'nut' that clips onto the bottom part of the bumper. This part is necessary to attach the front bumper to the under shroud.

I tried looking at the diagrams but could not find it at all! Could you guys help?

it's called a U Nut
