rearview mirror not going up?

I just had my rearview mirror+backup camera installed at the dealer. Everything looks fine except, mirror doesnt want to go up all the way and it seems like it keeps

I just had my rearview mirror+backup camera installed at the dealer. Everything looks fine except, mirror doesnt want to go up all the way and it seems like it keeps drooping down. Also it feels a little flimsy. it clicks when i move it around to adjust the mirror. Is anybody else having the same problem as me?
