Thanks guys! I have the motion setting on my dash cam as well. I'll try that stop lamp fuse location. If it doesn't work, and/or I continue to loose my dash cam settings, I'll try and return the cam. I really wanted to use the fuse block bc the wiring harness for the dash cam came with a built in fuse on the end of the wire. So all I have to do is remove the factory fuse, and plug in this fuse with the wire.

That's what I ran my dash cam on so it could have power for the motion triggered recording security feature when the car is parked.

Could you share a photo of how you tapped this fuse as the large connector for “ELEC PARTS” is just above it and I can’t remove the 10A fuse of the “STOP LAMP” and I doubt the add-a-circuit could fit with the “ELEC PARTS” just above it.

Also wanted to know if it’s safe to remove the “ELEC PARTS” connector to remove the “STOP LAMP” fuse and then reconnect.
