Seen this picture on here but didn't recieve any info upon it. Looking to do my 09 base model something like this. The tires & rims (spacers maybe?)... I like this style and the drop also. If you could help me out with what might be on this car I would appreciate it. Thank you (The rims...I like how they are in the back..what are rims like this called? Like they are deep into the rim) NEWB

the first picture fitment is almost tooo perfect, it fills up the nice gap in between the tire and fender. i also would like to know whats the sizing of the tires and wheel for that set up.
i found out the sizing from googling. Fronts are 19x10 +0 offset w/ 245/30/19 falken fk452 Rears are 19x11 +0 offset w/ 275/35/19 falken fk452 or 10.5 0 offset 235/30/19 falken 452's 99% tread 11.5 0 offset 275/30/19 falken 452's same im just confused Last edited by rAiN; 02-23-2013 at 09:05 AM. |

They are stretching tires to make it fit. WARNING stretching tires this much is NOT good for a daily driver! Stay within recommended tire specs! Trust me I have gone in both directions stretched and super meaty... I have lost tires on both setups mainly from unavoidable potholes... in the first setup you posted they are stretching a good bit but in the second one you will be able to fit a finger between the tire and the edge of the rim! Stick to proper offsets and tires, by doing so you will still get a large lip and great stance. This will also afford you reliability and proper handling! a 235 with crap tons of camber does not compare to a 265 or 255 and low camber settings...

I have several guys running around with 4" ~ 6" lips with 245's-305's on this forum. Trust me when I say your going in the wrong direction! a 9.5+15 can net you a 4" lip and retain a 245 tire with the proper pad height and not add too much camber. the rear can run a 11 -7 or 12 -0 offset and give you a 6" lip and up to a 305 tire with the right camber settings and pad height...
I often tell people in order to get you the right offset I need to know the size tires you want to run... From there I can determine what widths, pad heights and offsets fit your goal/look...
