Sim, kill them... Bash them on FB, and ask the mods to change your title to "BEWARE OF BAKER TUNING"
Have people call in saying they wanna place an order for something, and then call back and say... Yeahhh... You got a terrible review from this guy on the 370Z forum I'll do it once I figure out what my google voice thing was (I can't call using my normal phone because I'm in their system because I used to service my car with them and they were good to me,) but you need to rape them and I stand behind you no matter how my experience was)

Me too. When I started my business, being internet car forum centered, my main core philosophies were to never send yout anything I wouldn't accept on my own car, and never, ever, under any circumstances let a customer be unhappy, whatever it takes. You live and die by your internet reputation these days. Sometimes there is a bad part. I replace and pay any applicable labor if required, no questions asked. The customer shouldn't have to pay extra for something not right.

You should force their hand and file a complaint through PayPal. You need to be compensated for what it's going to cost you to fix this stuff at the very least.

you can't dispute it with UPS, only the shipper can. I do 10,000 in shipping with UPS every year, but fortunately I have only had to file one claim with them on behalf of my customers.

If you log into PayPal goto the transaction and there should be a link to file a complaint or report a problem. I thought you had 40-45 days after payment to do that. I'm not sure. I had to file a complaint against EVO-R but it was a while ago.
