What is this about?
Been seeing this ever since I took my head lights out and painted the housing, it went away for a while until i just installed headers, tps, and cbe... Did i mess something up? Cant find this picture anywhere. I thought it was the battery, but both my FOBS do it, and i just replaced the battery on one of them... Ideas?

"8. Intelligent Key battery discharge indicator
This indicator appears when the Intelligent Key battery is running out of power. If this indicator appears, replace the battery with a new one. (See “INTELLIGENT KEY BATTERY REPLACEMENT” in the “8. Maintenance and do it yourself section." |

But both keys at the same time? And after i have already replaced the battery in one last summer? This doesn't have anything to do with that steering wheel issue does it?

Wiki: "The smart key allows the driver to keep the key fob in their pocket when unlocking, locking and starting the vehicle. The key is identified via one of several antennas in the car's bodywork and a radio pulse generator in the key housing" Edit: If you press the buttons on one more than the other (ex. the other FOB sits in a jar in the kitchen) and have replaced one battery in the one you use the most with buttons, you can just hit a time that both run low at a close time frame. One by calling out to the car, the other calling out and having it's buttons pushed (replacing more, but just hitting the same timing as the first).

Doesn't your car come with a manual in the glove box?
If you look at the battery symbol, the F stands for the front of the battery, the E stands for the End of the battery. If the batteries were replaced, the next step is a trip to your dealer.

Seriously, AlexRamond, read up on the steering lock thread. I don't know why that wasn't my first suggestion. Maybe it was the beer last night.
