I usually prefer other products over Bomex; in my opinion this is one of the cleanest lips I have seen so far for this car.

What do you all think about it?

In the end, I describe Bomex as "it is what it is". For me, I usually prefer other products over Bomex simply because of their aggressive styling. This is actually one of the few, clean pieces I have seen them do. If I am not mistaken their aero kit was on the orange Supra in the first Fast and the Furious.

That is how the front bumper should have come from the factory...

That looks like its still sketched...i'll wait till we get some real photo's but I would say its the best looking lip to date if it turns out exactly like that.

Funny, I just mentioned in one of the members threads that has the Mine's front lip to paint the sides like that...

I like the fangs, don't know why so many dislike it. My car is a vampire from Transylvannia hahahaha!

IMO forget CF (yes it looks good but won't last long in the front), any word on a POLYURETHANE version...i want my lip to last

oh and hands down best looking lip by far....enhances the lines of the side-skirts flawlessly

OMFG a Bomex piece that ISN'T over the top... looks damn good.

I read BOMEX and I was thinking to myself, "Oh great! What a way to ruin a perfectly good 370z." I guess I was wrong. :tup:

If we were to stock some of these, lets say five or so, who would purchase one? If I can get enough people to agree to acquiring one, we will set up a pre-order with Bomex for these right now.

It looks great. Does it have the same clearance as the spoiler that comes with the sport pkg?

Looks like it does or might even be higher except its out forward more so it still might be an issue for people that are really low.

is Bomex a Japanese or USA company? & what material is that black center piece made up of? i'm gonna have black fangs on my red Z and i'm picturing how this front lip would look with it. i think it would look great imo. i'd be in. just need to see the "real" picture of the finished product.

looks fantastic, but I am not sure I would want a CF one. I'd be in for poly or ABS at a cheaper price though.

Bomex started out as an office in Japan I believe. The black center piece is carbon fiber.

I was just informed that Bomex is going to offer a full FRP version as well.

So what's the chance they can make an all carbon fiber lip? Fiberglass will chip a lot more than nissans paint.

Thanks for the great question :tup:. I am sure someone, somewhere was thinking the same thing.

The chances of Bomex making a full carbon lip are probably 50/50 at this point in time. If there was a solid chance of them producing a full carbon version, they would have tested one already; to my knowledge they have not. In the end there is still room for them to try and produce a full carbon lip, but if they really wanted to then more than likely they would have done so by now.

I like the lip a lot but I can't have a fiberglass lip because it will chip like crazy, Especially being so low. Carbon fiber won't have that problem because it won't be painted. It's sunline lip for me.

This is what it will look like on my car...except in graphite!
