According to "John Obata" from Bomex USA, the product is already done & just waiting for "final fitments" before they snap pictures of the finished product.

He said it should be done by the end of next week.

How does this attach itself. Seems that in the picture that this piece incorporates the entire front end and there is a double crease as it wraps around the front sides.

Do you have a picture of this piece not attached to the vehicle??

Currently the only picture I have is the one posted. Since Bomex has not test fitted the finalized product yet, they have not released any other pictures of the actual product.

Once the product is finished with R&D, I will try to post as many pics as I possibly can :tup:

if they ever finish R&D...they could have mailed me one for the final fitment and already had a professional photo-shoot done by now...lol

Called up Bomex again today,

Still finalizing the fitments..

SHOULD be comming out by this week or the next..

hopefully the finished product looks exactly like the sketched picture. if not better.
im pretty sure its worth waiting for..

ugh, im not gonna look @ this thread till probably like the end of the week cuz i hate looking at something knowing it isnt available to me lol.

just called Bomex, dissappointed.

"product not out yet"
i asked AGAIN if theres any expected release dates, they said "nope, still making final adjustments.."

i got tight cuz the sales rep last week was telling me it'll be comming out this week & caused mad hype for me all for nothing -_-

i didnt even bother bringing up the fact they told me itd' come out this week.

hey Hunter, i'll let you keep us posted on this now. i'm kind of getting tired calling bomex. they prolly think im a pain calling them every week inquiring about the lip. kind of disappointing too when they tell you one thing but never happens.

I am right there with you. This is why I stopped posting about Bomex information until I receive evidence of the product's completion; I am sorry that you are disappointed. Rest assured, once I get some info, everyone subscribed to this thread will be the first to know.

I just want to make it clear that I have no qualms with Bomex; I realize that my previous statement may seem that way.

I do want to take the time to set the proper expectation for some of the newer enthusiasts. With R&D on a new item or product, there are many hit & misses that prevent the release of a new product for weeks, sometimes even months after its initial deadline. Forgive me if this thread goes days, even a week or two without an update; if that happens, the only reason is because I do not have any new information to divulge to this community.

Bare with us and I will make sure that those who want this lip, will get it :).

is that legit? I havent heard anything from them. last time i spoke to the Sales Rep from BOMEX, he said its still going through Final Fitments.
