It appears to be part of what Nissan calls a "door finisher" (the whole panel). That's all I can figure out from the FSM.
I don't think 80101H is it, but it's difficult to read Nissan's dwgs at times.
Nissan Parts, NISMO and Nissan Accessories - Courtesyparts.com is a great place to try and figure out what a part is called and/or the part number.

I hope its not the whole door that would be expensive to replace. I was hoping it was just a tiny plastic part that I could swap out. Thanks for looking for me. I might take the door apart and investigate more once I get my car.

That Black Plastic piece you have highlighted it not available seperately from Nissan new.

You will have to purchase the whole door panel unfortunately, or try to find someone either parting out or removing the interior from their Z.

All of the door panels appear to be the same price (excluding NISMO). You are looking at a NISSAN MSRP of around $549 for just the door panel. So that gives you an idea somewhat.

What is wrong with the piece?

Wow that really pricey. The one I have now has a few scratches on it, I figured it would be an easy fix guess not.
