Not if the Nismo wing is lighter and on par with the weight of the OEM spoiler.
Also, I believe the Nismo model has different springs that push up to help lift it.

It is glossy and has a nice finish. Perfect weave. It is wrapped over FRP I believe, so you're getting the weight of the FRP part, plus the CF. The dreamer is correct with everything he said. Original drills are covered from the sport spoiler, but new drills have to be made. Install is about 120, but normally the body shop will break the existing sport spoiler because of poor design, so they will end up doing the install for free and pay you the price of the sport spoiler (about 400).

Oh its not a wrap like vinyl or anything like that. Its baked and heat treated. Not sure why you would want to paint it, but you can get the FRP version which is just a strong unpainted plastic, not made by seibon, for cheaper than the cf version.

You can paint the Seibon CF products, just have to prep them properly, a good shop will know what to do.

I forgot the name of the other company that makes the FRP version, but I know I've never heard of them, so I cant comment on the quality.
