If the car isn't to your satisfaction, reject it and don't take it. Have them find one that is exactly what you want. You're paying them to find the car for you. Why would you accept something that's not to your liking?
Unless you need/want the car right away, I'd have them search for another one My car came pre-drilled and I didn't really care (since NY you need F/R), but my dealer, Joe @ Koeppel was upset.
