Black chromed headlights with halo on PW z

Looks really sick. I'm curious about cost as well. Also did you scuff teh chrome plating before painting or did you paint directly over it? Did it come out glossy

Looks really sick. I'm curious about cost as well. Also did you scuff teh chrome plating before painting or did you paint directly over it? Did it come out glossy even before you put the clear plastic housing back on?

So many questions I want answered before I do this myself! :O
