Custom A-Pillar gauge pod - lots of pictures

Look forward to it Gale Just curious, how much trouble is it to swap out the A pillar? General mechanics I'm fine, but when it comes down to detailed fit

I would hate for it to look cobbled in after the great finish job you do on these.

The finished pillar mounts the same way as the stock unit. At the top of the a-pillar near the headliner you pull that towards the centre of the car. Then approximately half way down the pillar there is a plastic retainer. Using some needle nose pliers twist this plastic retainer 90˚ and pull it out. Then just pull the pillar up and out. Done. The explanation makes it sound harder than it really is.

kenhdcgov and WI_Hedgehog like this.
