Carbon Fiber B pillars ready to order!
Carbon fiber B pillars ready to order!
No these are not overlays. No these are not carbon fiber skinned products with fiberglass backings. These are 3 layers of pure grade A carbon fiber layered over each other in different angles for a strong great looking authentic carbon fiber product! Yes they are guaranteed for the life of your car. Yes they are direct replacements! Yes they fit as perfect as the OEM ones. No gaps, no crooked lines, no waves or ripples like on our competitor products (the cheaper ones) Some companies sell these for $250.00 the370z.com price $199.99! How to install?? Pop off the old ones (They pop off like legos, no bolts or screws) Clean the area with degreaser and move the gaskets to the new B pillars. Remove the 3M backing on the B pillars, line them up, and press! Takes a few min to install! Close the door, step back, and enjoy :) Guaranteed fit! Keep in mind even though we have competitors that offer these for less than $150. Think of it this way. The way we make ours is with vacuum infusion. The molds are laid up dry and held under a vacuum bag for an hr before infusing the products with resin. Doing that ensures each product is made with out any contaminants such as moisture or air. We then infuse each product with 100% epoxy resin which we all know is 10x better for carbon fiber than any other resin. Now we don’t know how our competitors are doing it for so cheap. But if other companies can do it cheaper. Then its safe to say they are using cheaper materials. Cheaper resins cant take heat, fade, crack, chip, and have a blue tint to them. Here are some pics. And judge for your selves. All our products are guaranteed quality! In the mold http://i623.photobucket.com/albums/t...m/SSPX1799.jpg Out the mold http://i623.photobucket.com/albums/t...m/SSPX1800.jpg The back 100% carbon fiber and epoxy resin. http://i623.photobucket.com/albums/t...m/SSPX1796.jpg At the scale they weigh 1 oz each. Yours will weigh 1.2 - 1.5 oz each. (16 oz in a lb) http://i623.photobucket.com/albums/t...m/SSPX1796.jpg And the two together before final sanding and clear coating. http://i623.photobucket.com/albums/t...m/SSPX1795.jpg http://i623.photobucket.com/albums/t...m/SSPX1825.jpg http://i623.photobucket.com/albums/t...m/SSPX1827.jpg Quality guarantee! These can be direct replacements or overlays. Will come with enough 3M tape to take care of the whole job + a little extra for those who need to do everything twice before getting it right :P. P.S You cant tell with out the clear coat but the body line that the original ones have going vertically will also be there. PM to order! |

Great news! We have a couple different types of epoxy here currently that we are experimenting with. The last epoxy only was able to take up to 120F which is no good at all. We laid up a yellow carbon / kevlar panel today with a different type of epoxy that can take at least 100 more so tomorrow we will wet sand, buff, polish, clear, and bake it to see if its good enough :)
No way will I ever send you guys an inferior product! If it does not last it does not pass! |
damn they pop off that easy?! anyway to secure the new one more so it wont be pulled off?
|
wow, cant wait for the pics!

Pics coming soon :)

Patiently waiting. :D

Here are some successful pics! These just need a little cleaning, sanding on the sides and clear coat (these will be display models)
Again the first official set is reserved for bullitt which will be created tomorrow. Any orders after that will be created during the creating of some front bumper license plate backings that were already ordered. We only took so long because we were looking for the right resin that can withstand the heat of the sun. Looks like we got it :) Here are some pics. |
Sounds good take all the time you need bud!
|

|
John...... That looks GREAT!! I will pick up some of these when I get my Z!!! Can't wait to see what you do with spoilers and everything else!
|
Thanks bud! BUmp!
|
How prone is it to scuff and scratch the surface of the clear coat? The OEM black ones get dull so easily, and I've only had the car for less than 3 months.
|
Is there any way to see a picture of this mounted on the car? Or maybe somebody has Mad Photoshop Skillz!
