We are still in the works of finishing a few sets. We have had a bad week of problems so we are looking forward to a new start with fresh materials and cleared heads. Everybody knows that sometimes we all have to have one of "those weeks".
I will be contacting everybody individually tomorrow |

Suscribed to this thread! Looks great, very subtle - I can't wait to see the window deletes as well!

Just wanted to let everybody know that were delaying the B pillars a few days because instead of patting everythign down and vacuum bagging the products like other companies. We have made a full conversion to vacuum infusion which offers the best quality available. It doesnt get better then vacuum infusion. So hold tight guys if anybody has any questions or concernes please PM me
Just FYI with vacuum infusion that guarantees a 100% perfect ratio of carbon fiber to resin. This makes the part cleaner, straighter weave (patting it with a brush can sometimes angle the weave in different directions) lighter, and stronger. Just another step we take to make better parts |

I couldn't imagine how much lighter and stronger a B-Pillar cover would need to be? Do they experience some stresses that I am not aware of? Also 100% perfect resin ratio would be pre-preg carbon where it is produced in a controlled enviroment,... I can only imagine how many months it will take to get the first carbon hood out, or roof, or hatch or... you get my point.

Thought I'd post a few pictures I snapped last night of a finished CF B pillar that was infused with resin. Videos coming soon and I'm sorry it took so long to get pictures of one finished with no black boarder. It took us quite some time to perfect the vacuum infuseing process that works best for us. And now we are just focusing on producing products over and over again to get those who ordered their stuff pronto!
Ill post pictures with a nice DSLR camera monday but this is just to show you guys the AMAZING quality that we doubt our competitors can match. Notice the beautiful corners and edges on how clear they are and how neat the weave is pshed into those edges. |
