I would have just left the headrests plain. As soon as the leather in my Z shows some wear I am going to redo the seats completely in leather and also replace the door inserts. I do not like the fake suede at all and wish Nissan and done the interior completely in leather from the factory. It wouldn't have cost that much more money. It's not like they would have had to upholster a big 4 door Infiniti with bench seats.
