I paid for the real deal because you can tell a difference in feel and sight and when I did go the sticker route at first before anyone started producing a quality product I had this kit. and from my experience there are only certain pieces that look good enough to go on my car the rest went to the trash. At the end of the day it is each persons decision what they put on their car. All I have tried to do here is give people a honest opinion on this and allow them to make a decision. I jsut hope those those serious about wanting to know the facts actually read the comments of those that have the products and not take someones opinion that does not know the differences. now I am done trying to help on this thread so carry on.
Honestly brother, I disagree with you. I dont want you too take offense to what im about to say, but it does give the apperance of real carbon fiber. I have had people tell me it looks amazing! Literally. And I will tell you that if I never told them it was an overlay they would have never known. People asked me where I got the "carbon fiber installed all the time". The difference is I managed to save 1000s of dollars. I never said and agreed on this bieng REAL carbon fiber. But it sure as hell gets the job done. The down side to this kit it it wont "wrap" around into steering wheels etc. Pretty much used for semi curved to flat surfaces. Regardless of your own opinion this product has given me just as much attention as the real deal. You know what, its not the real deal but products like this do exist and do work. I have no regret with the outcome. Sorry to say, but i had a feeling people with the real deal and several thousands later would take offense to thers good critisicm of these pictures. I wouldnt decieve anybody about that outcome. Its just as good looking. I respect your decision and real carbon fiber looks amazing but its a complete rip off in my own mind. If you like it you like it. If you dont then you dont. I have had awesome criticism in person. I have the money for real carvon fiber. Its just not worth my time and spending. My own opinion. Danny.

I'd like to see a better pic of this fake stuff.
Let me know if yo want another angle and ill take a picture for you as soon as possible.

If its not to much trouble, I'd like to get a better look at it. Maybe it will change some peoples opinions. What gets me is all the people hating on this but 2 years ago everybody was going out and wrapping everything with 3M DiNoc fake carbon fiber.

i thought i would just stick my in here since everyone is defending the stick on ones so much and hating on kelly tryna show his point.

OP ive had the stick on ones on two of my previous cars. You are correct they did the job, and got me tons of compliments and saved me alota money

if you dont wanna spend 2k on interior pieces then this kit is for you.... But if you want perfection and oem quality CARBON FIBER ELEMENT or CARBON SIGNAL is the way to go

and to point out the whole argument about carbon signal overlays. They are indeed stuck on BUT they dont have edges because they are molded to the shape of the pieces they cover

btw those photos ^^^ were taken with my cellphone just for your reference

CF looks great! Not a fan of red, but does look quality. I've been dropping all kinds of $$ lately on my Z, and I'll upgrade to full black CF replacement pieces in the new year. Here are some pics I thought I'd share of a Carid CF kit I have on my Lexus IS (it fit very well):

Your Carbon Fiber looks amazing. Can't take that away from you. Honestly...I don't even know why I find myself going back and forth about the real carbon fiber with some of you guys. I posted these pictures up because I know there has been several guys asking about the quality and fit of these particular kits. I'm helping out the guys with those questions, this is what this thread was created for nothing else. I thought about getting some red carbon fiber as well. Looks good

i know that you created this for that reason, i can tell your a nice guy through your replies and such.... I just thought id help elaborate on kelly's point because the other guys that replied basically just bashed his point... especially that "o give me the same lightning and camera comment" that interior of the ebrake is mine so i thought id show cell phone pics of my interior with just a plain jane camera thats all

It all boils down to what can you afford & what you intend to do with the car.

I can't afford a 6,000.00 interior. Until I can Stickers may be away to get the look on the cheap, but I would much rather tell someone my interior is real CF.

This is a touchy subject for people cause the cost. I'm poor and proud of it, stickers fine for me !!!
