2013 Front Bumper on 2012 + Front Lip Options?
 

Anybody confirm if the 2013 bumpers fit on 2012 and older Z's?... Interested in picking one up or trading someone with a 2013.

Also, has anyone come out with any front lip options for the 2013 front bumpers?

No and no.

The cars are 90% the same. I would say that the 2013 facia will fit the older '09-'12 models with minor difficulty (items like the marker lights will need custom wiring obviously).

I have not been able to pull the part numbers or see a Nissan Parts list yet though.

No one is going to want to trade, I honestly wouldn't bother

yeah i highly doubt anyone would trade only cause, if they bought a 13 thats what they wanted.

How much does the skin cost? I am interested in trying this on mine as I like the bigger opening and LED lights.

That is like going back to a 350Z...

I would say it is doable just as the Nismo front bumper is able to be fit the Base Z. But as mentioned you would have to do some wiring too.

Saying the new 2013 bumper is going to make your car look like a 350z is pretty over dramatic, don't you think?

I didn't like the new front either until I saw one in person. Looks awesome in my opinion. Trade or buy new, I want to get one and am just curious if anyone has done it yet. Wiring up the DRL's should be simple.

Nope I 100% agree that it looks more like 350z, if you had them side by side the look identical. The 350 has the reflectors where the LEDs are on the new and the open has no fangs on the '13 bumper like the 09-12 bumper which looks much more aggressive IMO then the old (350) and new ('13 Z).
