The mechanic who installed my rear bumper said I can get mesh at home depot. What kind of mesh should i get? And how do i secure it on there?

Where can I get mesh to put on my amuse rear bumper?
The mechanic who installed my rear bumper said I can get mesh at home depot. What kind of mesh should i get? And how do i secure it on there?
Also, if I want to paint the mesh black can i use the same paint + clear coat spray for regular body parts? Thanks!  as you can see the 4 areas that require a vent are ventless.
