What side skirt is this?

I bought this car used a year ago and I've always been curious what side skirt this is since it's apparently not the OEM ones. Stillen maybe?

Sweet, so I guess the next question is did any one on the forum trade a 09 blue 370 after two years and leave nismo side skirts on it? There were also Stillen Gen 3s already installed too...
