Heater Core and Blower Location

Can anyone post pics from the service manual on the exact location of the heater core and blower? I have the basic idea but would like to see more detail

Default Heater Core and Blower Location

Can anyone post pics from the service manual on the exact location of the heater core and blower? I have the basic idea but would like to see more detail before I remove it.

SPOHN, how much weight savings do you think can be had by removing all the heating core components?

I would guess double that if you include the coolant. But beware, not having the blower and defog really sucks when driving in the rain.

I thought about that too. Sure the anti fog they sell at the stores work. I know keeping your windshield clean helps a lot with this from last experiences. I only drove in the rain once in two years so.....

PM sent. The figure you want is on page 46 of the HA section of FSM.

Is the FSM no longer available for download here? I have the whole thing (2009).
