Same here - have INGS certificate and instructions. Definitely not a reseller or shipping issue - poor quality control and finish on INGS side.

Oh man, that would be depressing to see after such a long wait.
I actually sold my ING+1 replica in FRP just so I could pony up more cash to get the real deal from INGs in CF I imagine when you are paying $700+ for a lip they would re-cehck that stuff....perhaps it was a rushed batch? I know most of these are not built till there is an order...no excuse though

I just had my Ings GT wing installed a few weeks ago, and went over it 3 times to make sure there wasn't any cracks or anything, didn't see any.
Sorry to hear about your lip and hope you can get it fixed.

From the Install:
When I picked it up: Other shots: Winter wheels (which failed ) I don't have any really good quality pics as I don't have time to do a good shoot of it. Prolly won't until the spring, all I can say is I love it.

yah, the ings piece is not a finished product. you or a bodyshop needs to prep it and paint/clear coat it.
mine looked similar to that. i took a few nights after work to sand it all down and UV coated it clear. looks like a factory piece now. |
