Keyless entry
Lately I have been having trouble with my car picking up my key fob. I have to engage the car with my key fob (Lock or unlock) for it to pick it up. Then a couple of days later it starts doing it again. I have 5,000 miles on my car and have onlhy had it a year, so it cannot be the battery life on the key fob.
Any suggestions on what it could be?

It can be the battery.........................How can you know how old the battery is in the FOB?
I had the same problem with my FOB, new battery fixed it. So I guess it's up to you.
