Jnext/Jline fender extensions finally installed....
 

well ive had these sitting in my trunk for the longest time... i bought them a while back from kenchan, im not even sure if his still part of this forum (i never see him post no more) but id like to thank him still for the awesome price he gave me on this....

anyways the fitment was dead on :tup: super easy mod to install... clean the surface. put 3m double stick tape promotor and stick on the extensions... tell me what you guys think....

i still needa get the rears :bowrofl: ive been procrastinating on this mod wayyy to long so i figure since i have the front on... ill force myself to finally get the rears.... :tup:

thanks man^^^ i actually took her out today and man im super happy with them... they look great when you see em together with your car :tup: i went ahead and sent 370ztune a pm so that i can order the rears asap :D id like to complete the look

honestly i gotta get better pics :D they look better in person... i just got a qoute from 370ztune for the rear....$700 plus :shakes head: i know for a fact i got a qoute from them a while back before my z was reshot around july of this year for like $280 to $350 i cant exactly remember but i knew it was that, plus shipping

im hoping they didnt double because they are discontinued or something like that :( i used 3m promotor on the double stick tape so that sh!t aint coming out no more unless i risk damaging my fender or the extensions

700 for two small pieces is insane! D: The fronts look pretty good, but the car would look much more even with rears too.

i rather get me a password jdm engine compartment covers for that much

im not too sure man :( someone told me he had a argument and doesnt log on no more.... on the bright side though... i found him on fitfreak thanks to google and he helped me ONCE again to get the rear extensions.... :tup: i faqing LOVE that guy....

overall i am pretty happy with them... i almost made an as$ outa myself when i picked up the rears after they were painted. They look pretty much identical to the fronts :ugh2: so at first i was like, o those mofos sent me the wrong ones!!!!! and now i cant return them because they're painted :facepalm: then i realized they were in fact really for the rears :bowrofl:

so whats my honest opinion about them....

*fitment was great
*install was a breeze
*no prep and body work needed
*mad jdm points :p

now the bad parts,

*a bit overpriced
*not noticeable from a far
*alot of people dont even know its there :roflpuke2:

if anyone is interested in getting a set of these.... lmk and i can point you the way :tup: kenchan showed me the way so i would do the same for the next guy that wants these.

so the question is am i happy with them? absolutely :D i would say this mod is for those who like adding that final touch :tup:

STRIKE 1

so i pull in to the body shop, and a young guy goes up to me and says "damn bro nice 350z"

STRIKE 2

he asks me what im doing there, i tell em im picking up my fender trims, he gives me the puzzled look.... so i point him my fronts, his reply "o nice man those are the ones from ebay right?" :shakes head:

STRIKE 3

as im walking out holding the rears walking to my z.... he goes, "man you shoulda ordered the jdm ones like these, im pretty sure they make em for your z"

i was so :shakes head: the whole time i didnt even wanna explain to him that they were in fact the real ones from japan and not the ones that you cut to length from ebay :rolleyes:

I think so :) the only thing that change is the brand... but looks great to me... i want it

carlitos just follow what kenchan said... he was actually the one i get the fronts from and he helped me source out the rears... the japanparts guys are great dudes :D
