Fender removal

Has anybody tried or does anybody know how to remove the fender? From the bolts near the A-pillar it seems that the fender is bolted on and can be removed

From the bolts near the A-pillar it seems that the fender is bolted on and can be removed easily if you know where all the bolt points are and how to reach them. I wanted to repaint mine and I wanted to have the edges clean so I was thinking about removing it. I checked the service manual and I could't find any info on it there.
