Looking for a good customs shop around DC
 

...preferably close to Frederick/Rockville/Germantown.

A headlight mod project resulted in lovely scorched lenses. My body shop did the best they could to correct my screwup but there are still issues.

I purchased a used set of headlights off of ebay that will be here shortly and need a shop that's willing to take responsibility for:

-Cracking open the current lights/swapping out lenses
-Swapping out bulbs (my old ones kinda got...abused a bit)
-Clean light interiors without scratching the blackout paint.
-Ensure lights are completely blacked out including "boomerangs" - still getting a bit of yellow bleeding through somehow.
-Flawlessly reseal lights and reinstall them.

Someone point me towards a shop that knows their stuff please?

Oh come on there has to be one
