In my experience, most places do not.

864Zbeast 10-07-2012 03:10 PM

Sick! I asked a guy that does this how much he'd share for a full wrap and he said 1200-1500 for the z. That around what you pay?

This sounds about right.

A quality wrap will run around 2500.00 or more, unless they already have a roll of the color you want. Even then the stuff isnt free and they need to recover some cost of it. My roll was almost 600.00 alone dealer cost. Much less then 2000.00 I would be a little worried of quality.

asdfsammich 10-07-2012 03:31 PM

$2,300 for a wrap at a good shop is a really good deal. Congrats! Car is going to look sick.

Open question, why not paint the car for that price, $2500 will get you PPG quality paint, regardless it looks sick, awesome choice of color, can't wait to see it done:happydance:

Amuse370z 10-10-2012 11:07 PM

I can see myself doing this with white TE37 and purple stickers.

370Z Purist 10-10-2012 11:23 PM

Looks beautiful. Would love to see it in gloss, too.

I was gonna say the same thing. Point me to a 2500.00 QUALITY paint job and I would change the color of my cars every couple of years. The best price I can get is 5k in my area.

Miki 10-11-2012 12:58 PM

love it!

Exactly. Might evan be more than 5k for this color, if you wanted to paint it

If your interested, and located in the San Diego area shoot me a PM. No BS here, I grew up doing this with a friend do this, main focus where the classic and only played with quality material. The only thing/reason why I could see the price peaking that high is

1. The most obvious, a change a color, and
2. Significant amount of body work.

Regardless, lets redirect back to the OP post. I like where he's heading, car looks awesome, and thanks to the other for replying
