I know this thread is regarding issues with the rear diffuser, but it seems like Jay only responds on the forum. I purchased my rear diffuser Sept. 27th, and I still havent received any confirmation from Evo-R.net regarding the shipping or delivery date. I am growing concerned. Jay, Please check your e-mails and voicemail, I have attempted to contact you numerous times with no success! Please respond to me as soon as possible via email/phone to let me know the status of my purchase..

Thank you

Good luck.... Its been a while and Evo-R had not contacted me yet either. Jay asked me to send in the pictures, and I PMed him, emailed him the pics 2X, still no words nor email.... Good thing I got mine from the Zstore, and they are taking the initiative to help me with the swap. As much as I love the look of the product, customer service from Evo-R is just not great...:-(

What i cant understand is how he is responding to posts regarding other purchases people are making from him, yet he has not responded to numerous attempts i have made regarding my purchase. Currently, he has my money, and i have neither the product i ordered, nor a courtesy response regarding its status. Communication between the customer and the supplier is not an unreasonable request..

Neoatw, saw the pics you sent me. Looks might cause by heat or chemical on the surface of the diffuser.
