Resurrecting this thread because I am having the same issue right now for the 3rd time. I really don’t feel like paying another $200 for a new fob and I’d prefer to get to the bottom of WHAT is the issue. Has anyone bothered to figure this out? Or is everyone just bending over at the dealership? My car is not under warranty.

Good luck. I started a thread last week about this issue. I have tried everything I can think of, an infinity dealer reprogrammed my key, still doesn’t work. I can’t unlock or lock my car with the fob, and it doesn’t recognize it inside the car.
