Hi I come from Thailand
Hi everyone this is my first topic that I post , I would like everyone to advise me about the hood pins. I would like to use AEROCATCH hood pins and I bought it already but I don't know where is the good position to install in the car. If some one use it before please give me an advise also show some photo of the position that you install to the engine room. Thanks you for your time......Tawita from Thailand

Not sure why you bought a hood pin to begin with. To each his own I guess. They were made to keep hoods from popping open but these were for old tech hoods and for off road rally use. If just for looks and you have a street car, I would not recommend it. It is silly if you ask me. Leave that for the Mustang folks. You'll be drilling holes on to an otherwise perfect hood.

The hoods for the 350's only use a center latch so adding side hood pins for high speed is a good idea as a safety precaution
The 370 has side latches as well as the center latch so if you think about it? You have the same thing as hood pins built into the 370's |
Sa wat dee, man!! I'm also Thai as well! :D Born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand!!

Not Thai, but lived in Nakhorn Pathom for two years while I served in the Peace Corps. Also spent alot of time in Chiangmai. Still speak Thai fairly fluently even though it was over forty years ago. I loved and still love Thailand and its people.
