the middle piece of my evo-r wing the middle column is somewhat loose is there any glue or adhesive that i can use to glue it together

A clear epoxy should work fine.

Any pics of the gap between the wing's base and the trunk? I would take it by a bodyshop and see if they can squirt something in there adhesive wise. Tryna put some 3M in there might be difficult.

I used clear silicone on mine - benn tracked a gazillion times without any issues

You you cannot use the supplied 3M tape, not think or good enough. Got to use some glue or silicone. I had read about this issue and told me body shop about it so they got it right when they did it. :)
