OEM Nav A/C question

Just to clarify, I checked this out on my Z this evening. Turning on recirc automatically turns on the A/C; turning off the A/C turns recirc off. I think their

Turning on recirc automatically turns on the A/C; turning off the A/C turns recirc off. I think their main concern was someone heating the car in winter with recirc on; given how small the cabin is, it could fog up quickly.
