i've noticed that the audi's led lights are pretty noticeable during the day. Is there way of making them look brighter? Or is it the glass they use to make

Just wanted to know if you would do mine exactly like yours with blacked out finish with silver housing and the LED strip. How much it it be. How long would it take? And i live in Los Angeles. I dont have any upgrades on my car so this addition would be awesome
