Titek Dual Front Air Vents - Opinions

Ok, my idea would involve a little extra cutting, but might be more useful: the foam in the front is where the black part of our stock bumper is, kinda

Ok, my idea would involve a little extra cutting, but might be more useful:

the foam in the front is where the black part of our stock bumper is, kinda where the front license plate would go if you put it on. I would cut a rectangular hole in the bumper in that black area, which would make it subtle, then cut the foam in a wedge shape to flow air up towards the filters. could find some black plastic molded in the right shape and 95% of people looking at your car wouldn't even notice it.

Now, looking at the picture. The blue box is where the bumper is cut out. The red area is where you would shape the foam to direct air from the box, up and out towards the filters. You could do some thin sheet plastic to make a nice curvey back piece for optimum flow. Don't have to worry about rain either, it won't travel up

Excellent idea! This could be done witout visually hacking up the front. YOu could almost make a grill disappear in the black area. Expanding on that, there is a Corvette part called a Vette-air that may have application here.. Pattern cut this into the black area, do a little foam carving and you'd have a nice forced feed right to the Filters.. I used one of these on my Vette to feed air to a custom intake. Worked great..
