if i get a lip kit do i have to drill holes in my bumper?

yes, usually. however, they are usually in places that do not affect resale- the inside of the wheel wells or the underside of the bumper. you will not drill into any "visible" surface with most lip kits- that's what the double-sided tape is for.

yes. Even more so if the fitment is not spot on.

What's the problem? Is your car a lease that you will need to turn back in within 2-3 years? if not, then it should not matter. Do what you like and do it because you like how it will look.
