About to take the Z on a long distance cruise; is there anything other than painters tape to protect the nose? It's such a pain in the a$$ to put

Is there an alternative to painters tape???
About to take the Z on a long distance cruise; is there anything other than painters tape to protect the nose? It's such a pain in the a$$ to put the painters tape on and i'm looking for any suggestions. It doesn't have to look pretty, just something temporary.
