Question on front lip installations

Forget about the self taping screws. Use your logic, it will not hold up. Instead do all the things Kenchan mentioned. Otherwise, you risk having your lip fly off in

Forget about the self taping screws. Use your logic, it will not hold up. Instead do all the things Kenchan mentioned. Otherwise, you risk having your lip fly off in highway speeds. How embarrasing would that be but more importantly how dangerous would that be?

vhb and self taping screws are pretty common...

Thanks guys, I'm taking the bumper off and install it using bolts, speed nuts, and lots of high quality tape. Doing it the right way for safety and peace of mind.
