If you don't lock the car at all it won't automatically lock. It's only if the car has been locked already then you unlock with the fob and never actually

If you don't lock the car at all it won't automatically lock. It's only if the car has been locked already then you unlock with the fob and never actually open any doors it will auto lock again on its own. It's preventative thinking you may have accidentally hit unlock on the fob in your pocket or something. I think it's a useful feature.
