Nismo bumper and stillen intake vents...

Does anyone know if the intake scoops work on the nismo bumper? I don't see why it wouldn't but then again sometimes I think a little wacky hahaha so. Does anyone know this? I hate how the stillen gen3's seem so blocked the way they sit in there.
