Hey everyone,
Well I am still counting down the days until the end of this deployment (26) and I get to see my car (waiting for me in the garage still). So I am sitting here with this titanium shift knob that I bought from SuperAutobacs (performance store in japan) and am starting to wonder: What is with the multiple pieces? It seems that the shift knobs most people have gotten are one piece that screws on. This one has basically an allen bolt on the top that sets into that larger bolt in the pic. There are 10mm threads on the bottom of the titanium knob (the one on the left, that I got) which thread onto the Z. So what is with the other pieces? Other Japanese car models? I know it also fits GT-R Skyline... is that odd or what? Brian |
