Windshield reflective sun shade???

I searched here and the interiors section and was coming up empty. Is there a known brand/size from local retail places the works/fits well?

I've never owned one before and it's time..... windows are already tinted darker than they should be;)

i think courtesyparts.com has the oem ones for our cars. i dont use it so dont know for sure, but i read someone posting that.

thezstore has one that folds up and the other one is a roll up that uses suction cups (courtesyparts has this one). The fold up is about twice as much 40 some versus 20 some but it's much more rigid and doesn't need the suction cups.

The Z store is a good source. This is the one I bought from them and it fits/works great.

Alright, so I caved in and purchased one a few weeks ago.

and I must say, it works wonderfully. It's a bit pricey at around $50 + $4 tax + $8 s/h = $62 shipped to my home, but I think it's been worth it so far.

My Z is noticeably cooler after parking under the sun all day and the shade protects the dash from UV damage.

Good move. I use mine all the time (except when driving).

I got one one from Autozone when I had the black Camaro SS...it works fine in the Z too. *shrug*

Folds out....and is held in place by the sun visors. Works great...pretty cheap...25 bucks, maybe?

The Zstore one is made by covercraft I believe. They're sold in other places too and some have different colors of the shade. Best sunshade period. I've bought one for every car I've owned and have never had to buy anything else. Effective and custom made for your windshield. Well worth the price as you can end up buying 2 or 3 crummy ones that in the end cost more than 1 covercraft.

Check out High-End Motorsports Parts and Accesories. They are made to fit perfect, and they do. Very well made, around 20 bucks. Keeps my black Z much cooler.

I have decided to get a Sunshield for the Z. I was looking at the traditional sunshield like this one here http://www.thezstore.com/store/graph...arge502096.jpg but was looking for for something a little better quality for the Z.

Then I stumbled upon this UV protecting sun shield that looks pretty good and well built.

The Z Store! Nissan-Datsun 240Z-260Z-280Z-280ZX-300ZX(Z31/Z32)-350Z-370Z Parts: UV Sunshield, 2009 370Z

It's very well built and does it's job really good. I started my car in bright daylight today with the sunshield on and my auto headlights turned on because it was dark enough inside. It's custom fitted so it covers the corners pretty good. Here are some pictures to give you guys an idea how it looks. If you need me to take a closer shot, I can do so.

outside. IF you look closely, you'll see the headlights are turned on (AUTO setting)
