Removing the Nissan badges for painting

Does anyone know if these can pop out or not?

Just use a heat gun and something non metalic and slow pry the emblem off. Go slow and take your time, let the heat gun do most of the work.

Heat gun + fishing line/dental floss = win

IMO buy new emblems... they will come with the adhesive... they are relatively cheap.
