Is there supposed to be anything here..?

If I had to guess, I'd say someone might have had an intake on the car before you (assuming it is used) and just didn't put those parts back on.

I can't find them on Courtesy anywhere... I have extra clips from something i bought a while ago and they won't fit in the holes so they must be a different size...
